Happy to share that I have experienced a very great customer service from the VivoCity team. I was attracted by the promo frame plus lens package, and selected the Oakley frame for my sporting usage. Jia Xin conducted a very thorough vision check for me, which I usually do not receive from the neighborhood optical shops. While awaiting for the eyepiece to be delivered, i chanced upon another Oakley frame which has bigger visual coverage, from the Taka branch. I, however, decided to give the new frame a pass since the purchased set is already in the work. Coincidentally, Jia Xin informed me about some issue of mounting the lens to the purchased set, and possible delay in delivery. I decided to try my luck and check if Paris can accommodate my request to have the frame changed, with topping up of the difference in value. Within minutes, Jia Xin made the arrangement to bring in the new frame, and confirmed to me the upgrading is possible. Within days, the new frame was couriered to Vivo branch for lens mounting, and delivered to a branch for my easy pick up. Gratitude to Paris Miki for taking the effort in acceding to my request. I am enjoying my sporting activities even more with this set of eyewear. Highly recommended professional optical chain, for those of us who are looking for one to fulfill your optical needs.
