★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Cantonese-style porridge that is dressed with light soy sauce and fragrant sesame oil. My favourite are the unique meatballs; they are savoury and chunky, which break into loose meaty chunks that release bursts of flavour. The owners are very friendly people. They are usually open only on weekends and sell out by lunch time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I eat this bowl of porridge with the silky smooth chicken, it brings back a deluge of memories of the times my parents brought me to eat porridge when I was a kid in primary school at the old Tiong Bahru market. My tastebuds has been shaped by the hawker food that I grew up with. This is one of the few stalls that still serves delicious food to us after all these years.
