โ โ โ โ โ The meats were dry and has to drink the soup just to try and wash it down. Furthermore, the chili was diluted and almost tasteless.

โ โ โ โ โ Review purely on food, the services to be honest is not great, I don't feel their motivation to work at all.
The poached chicken still get the passing grade, it is tender but by no mean juicy. It is too cold for me that I have to dipped it in the dumplings soup to warm it. The rice is sticky but flavour is still there. Wish they have the grated ginger sauce is I prefer that than the diluted red chili sauce.

โ โ โ โ โ The management should look into manpower issue! Poor worker one man show in the shop. No one manning the counter.. saw so many customer walk away. So many uncleared plates. How can one man do all these? Horrible.
Food quality is also affected. Rice isn't as warm...

โ โ โ โ โ Out of 5 stars, 4 for rice, 3 for meat and chilli. Chilli is of the sweet and not spicy type. Steamed chicken is a bit tough.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve eaten at this outlet a few times purely out of convenience, and have always felt that it wasnโt up to the mark of the original outlet at Thomson. My most recent visit this week was the most disappointing.
Prices at this branch are quite a bit higher vs the original outlet. Service is poor and the portions (especially on my most recent visit) are laughable.
Chilli is watery, I suspect partly due to the way the service staff scooped it. I didnโt have the option to do it myself unfortunately.
Wee Nam Kee is my favourite chicken rice, but Iโll make a mental note not to come back to this branch again.

When the food arrived, roasted chicken rice was missing the riceโฆSteamed chicken rice was missing the add on chicken gizzard and the chicken parts were full of bones, barely any meat at all..
Restaurant did not provide black sauce/ soy sauce or ginger, only included 2 ridiculously small pots of chilli sauce, pathetic!
Food also arrived cold despite my house being very close to the restaurant and the Grab delivery man was fast too.
Terrible experience, will never order food from here again!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The chicken rice tasted good and the chicken drumstick that came with it was delicious. The pork could have been a tad better, it was good but not crispy enough on the sides. The dumpling soup with veggies was also decent. Worth the price.
