My dad said the prawns weren't fresh. It's my bad luck cos I don't like to leave such reviews/feedback Looks like the staff may be overworked. Management pls do something.

Cute packaging, i enjoyed the takeout vibe. the fried rice was so flavorful and the chicken was incredibly tender. the price was also very reasonable. good amount of chicken too!!!! i love wok hey. all in all a pleasant experience. i will miss you when im not in raffles city anymore.

However my concerns were for nothing as their chat service was very responsive and helpful and ensured that our requests were made. The order came on time and was still hot! Thanks so much for the responses Jamie, appreciate it!
m	mm o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a pick me up for Monday woes, I treated myself and ordered grilled chicken udon via grabfood from Raffles City branch for lunch today (~1pm). This was my first time ordering from this branch. Instead of feeling invigorated to get through my day, I was left disappointed. Food tasted nice. But box was only half full, and I am still hungry. Other Wok Hey branches fill the box more than this.
