★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Amazing flavor at a great price :) 10/10 would recommend. #4 Pork Belly is my favorite. So tender and crispy... Yum! The #1 Chicken Rice is solid and comes with some greens. The Porridge is on point if you are really hungry for some comfort food. Noodles are par for the course, but you may want to add a touch of sauce. Speaking of sauce...
Choice of sauces: Red- Be careful. Orange- Citrus, ginger, garlic, chili. Good heat and bright flavor. I like to dip my cucumber in this one. Yellow- Garlic. Good on your rice. Green- Pickled chilies. Tangy and not too spicy. Brown/Burgundy- I dunno, but I love it. I think it’s a fish sauce with chili oil. Awesome on the pork belly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Source of Protein (after Sunday hiking in heavy rain): Xin Mei Xiang Chicken Rice@30 Foch Rd (behind Bgain@Lavender Food Court). Asked for 10% rice only and the stall holder obliged…?. Would hv bn better had the chicken meet been warm on this rainy day.
