Located at Old Airport Road, Long lines at the stall? Fried Oyster ($4-$8): oysters in a fluffy moist bed of starch and egg. Oyster is fresh and there is definitely more egg than starch. The chilli is good as well! Definitely recommend to try. Expected to wait, the elderly man has a tiny little flat wok that’s physically incapable of cooking up more than four portions at a time, and his practice of jumping on the gas valve to close it off and take his orh luak off the heat every few seconds.

BUY! BUY! MUST EAT! THE BEST oyster omelette. The cook is oblivious to the queue but WOW WOW! The best. Quality tells and this is QUALITY. The proprietor takes his time to perfect yr order completely oblivious to the queue. My suggestion...come before 1130am n you get yr order fairly quickly! I like the way he fries the eggs first before putting in the oysters at the end. IMHO...THE BEST OYSTER OMELETTE AT OLD AIRPORT! The external texture looks very well done but the inside is like a wet gooey semi-fried egg.....SEDAP MAX!

One of the best oyster omelette on the island! $8 gets you a generous heaping plate of goodness. Uncle has the golden ratio of eggs, flour, oysters, spring onion and chilli?? they have perfected their craft! Order a plate to try!

Fried Oyster Omelette. Fluffy omelette with larger than SGD1 coin size and an average wait of about 20 minutes most of the time. While I do not add chili into the dish, I do take their chili sauce to compliment the taste.

This is hands down - the best fried oyster around . Tasty , fragrant with very fresh plump oyster . Be prepared to wait up to 10 mins for a dish as uncle has a consistent flow of customers and he only cooks 4 plates at one go . But it’s worth the wait ! Must try!

The best oyster omelette if you prefer the "wetter" version! The ratio of egg to flour makes the omelette soft and fluffy (definitely lots of egg). Oyster is fresh and the chilli is tangy and delicious. You can definitely taste the freshness of his ingredients! You can taste Uncle's dedication and love in every bite. He gives 101% concentration into every single batch of oyster omelette he makes. Please support uncle when you're in the area!

Excellent! I like them so much, i came in for dinner, the queue was relatively short (5-8) minutes & it was worth the wait. I ordered the fried oyster & they taster just awesome ! The oysters were fresh & seasoned really well. They serve several portion sizes so you can adjust it by your liking. ???
