โ โ โ โ โ Woeful service. The older aunties working there are alright but the guy is ill mannered. Customers are not interested to see your frowns and groans. You're in customer service, even if you're having a bad day you keep it to yourself and muster a smile and a thank you, don't take it out on customers who have had no part in how poorly your day/life is going.
There has to be a separate queue for take away orders. Staff sometimes check who is taking away to let them order first but I've been left waiting for 10-15 minutes before while those needing tables cleared up.
Their food is alright and mostly consistent but it's basically hawker food outside a food court, in a mall at a higher price point. Seating space is quite limited.

As usual they also have
Mee rebus, mee scam and other local delights meal.
I only order the mee rebus set which comes with the black coffee.
Mee rebus . Is quite good
But it's abit different from the malay rebus which we usual had from the Muslim stall
Here today for a cup of black coffee . It's good...Black and smooth..

โ โ โ โ โ Laksa & other set lunch very expensive . Not worth eating at Toast Box . Eat Cafe much cheaper and economical . From $4.50 you can get Noodle with coffee or tea . Value for money .

โ โ โ โ โ Consistent quality at a good price. We always buy our pork floss buns here because they don't leave huge blobs of mayo or butter like so many of the other bakeries.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited almost an hour for toasted bread, found out the person had skipped our order. He was apologetic though.
Service quality could be better if manpower and processes are in place.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited a couple of time, nice kaya butter toas, kopi and teh~ tried their iced soy milk coffee ($2.90), itโs normal, taste exactly like soya milk with coffee ? not as thick as Yakun iced soy coffee but still a decent drink~

โ โ โ โ โ Almost everyday when we come to this bedok mall Toastbox, the staffs said they run out of metal teaspoons.
And they offer us plastic spoons instead. So pathetic, TOASTBOX is so poor till such an extent of not being able to afford more teaspoons for this outlet. And yet they can keep increasing their food and drink prices continuously.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered curry chicken with rice via Grab. Description wrote mid wings. I always eat this so have no doubt at all. BUT when it arrived, was totally disappointed. Portion is much smaller and only 1 mid wing and 2 drumlets. Im sure they are cutting corners. Bedok Mall branch.
