Misty has rock solid product knowledge on technical aspect of devices. She manages to explains technical jargons quite well in a simple form, espl in this fast evolving hardware & software domain. Demonstrates patience and friendly attitude in responding to question, assisting to narrow down on the difference between various options, which can be quite confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was always intrigued by Dell vivocity's layout of products and finally decided to purchase my rig and monitor there.
i was pleasantly served by Ms Misty Ho and Mr Foong and i am glad they entertained all my queries and advised me professionally, despite me making several trips to decide on what i wanted.
as opposed to what i read from Dell's FB on purchase and support nightmares, my purchases was swift and my items came in impeccable condition and worked perfectly out of box and still working very well and i have since done some optional upgrades of my own. I will definitely go back to Dell vivocity for the window shopping, premium service and look for Ms Ho / Mr Foong! great job folks! stay safe and hope to see you soon!

Highly appreciate for your kind assistance Misty Ho & initiative to expadiate the delivery within 3-days.
She rendered an excellent service with a smiling and courtesy gestures. I noticed there's no built-in speaker when checking the monitor after receiving it.
I satisfied with the conditions of the monitor.
I was disappointed with dell plaza singapore staffs , bad attitude did not approached the customers but playing with the phone game till we wanted to make a blacklisted & viral in the Media for DELL.
Finally i went to Dell@Vivo City and the staff Misty Ho welcoming us and explaining giving information pertaining the monitor which makes us satisfaction finally to purchase the monitor. Tq Vivo dell .
