β β β β β 1 of the nicer chendol. Nicer than some of the Peranakan restaurants ones and the Penang ones (which were a bit watery)... rich gula melaka and coconut milk and the ice is soft... ordered the $2.50 with additional red beans.

β β β β β Chendol classic come with 2 attap seeds. The chendol (green jelly) was disappointing, devoid of panda flavor and the bite was strangely crunchy rather than soft.
It is not overly rich and had a nice balance.

β β β β β I read and thought this stall was quite popular in the hawker centre, but there was no queue. My friend walked over wanting to order but he saw no one and thought that they were not opened for business yet. I went over again and saw 2 ladies hiding behind you have to actually order and they will walk out to serve you.
There were 4 kinds of combinations to choose from and I picked the red bean one. It looks good but the Chendol was quite disappointing. It didn't feel firm and was kinda mushy. The gula melaka and the red bean was not bad though.
Not sure if this was a one off incident but I hope the standard of the Chendol could be better.

Generous serving of durian puree paste - pure durian, not too sweet. Good quality gula melaka and I believe the cendol is also homemade. $3.50 per bowl of Durian Cendol.
Red Bean Cendol, where the red beans are actually Kidney Beans, are soft and great to eat and at $2.80 per bowl.
Great dessert to have on a hot humid day!

Beats the usual dessert stall Chendol by a mile.
The coconut cream is fresh, and the gula Melaka is the good quality stuff. Not oversweet. The green cendol is light and flavourful. Definitely made in-house.
The only problem is.... You can't stop at one. ??

β β β β β I had a bowl of chendol here after hiking to cool myself. Some of my friends also ordered from here. So I decided to give it a try.
The chendol here is really good. The thick and fragrant gula malacca complemented very well with the ingredients, which are fresh. I would recommend their chendol. Yummy! ? Tried twice so far.

β β β β β They serve a good bowl of chendol. Good quality and fresh ingredients. If you make an effort to savor each spoonful, youβll taste the quality. The lady behind the counter was really friendly too. I recommend this stall - itβs nestled at the loneliest corner of the food center.
