Disappointing experience. Had booked a health screening last month with my husband, during which I asked to clarify if it was still being offered. The staff wasn't sure but said she would go ahead and book us, calling back to cancel if needed. Prior to the appointment day, I received 2 text messages confirming our appointments (with a reminder being sent the day before), but upon arrival were simply told that the screening was no longer being offered. No follow up, apology or alternative was given. This is probably the last time I'll visit a clinic under Raffles Medical.

The pediatrician, Dr Gowri here at Raffles Medical is nothing short of amazing. She is extremely skilled, patient, friendly and excellent in dealing with kids. She was very versatile and even sat on the floor to play toys with my toddlers to warm them up. The only doctor that my kids actually look forward to visiting. Highly recommended!

Had v bad gastric flu and fever and needed to do ART. Doctor gave 1d mc and staff advised if still don't recover can extend mc. But when I called to ask for extension I was told different doc so mc can't be extended. Will need to pay to get another mc n get medicine again when I ardy have 1 big bag of them ? And yes, long wait time and bad service too.

did my pre employment checkup here and had to take my chickenpox vaccine. booked my appointment with this outlet for my second dose but came down to receive the news that there is no second dose of vaccine for me and asked me to head over to compass one outlet to take it instead. this could have been easily avoided if administrative matters were done better.

1) The registration counter staff is not attentive and provide no assistance even if the patient stands in front of them for a long time. 2) The queue number doesn't move for at least 25 minutes. 3) The patient has no idea when is his/her turn for swab test as no queue number is given, and the system is a mess. 4) The time I spent in the clinic is more than 3 hours, and still waiting, as swab test still not done and medicine not prescribed after 3 hours.

It could have been a fast process for everyone but the inefficient staffs are causing a long wait for everyone making us wait for so long. There’s nobody in the swabbing station and it’s a good 15-20 mins before they call the next person. Absolutely inefficient. Even the wait for medication takes forever. Why do you want to make patients linger and wait when everyone is sick? Could have implement better protocols. Never seen a clinic this disorganised. Will never visit again. Horrible inefficient staffs.

Went for my basic health screening 5 weeks ago but have not received my results yet. Made a couple of calls to follow up but was always told that I will be contacted once they received my results. I was initially told it would take 2 weeks, then subsequently 2 weeks+. I have wasted my time and effort going down for my appointment for nothing. The counter staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The blood test done was the most painful experience I've had, it was attempted twice. I had to request for another plaster as the one given was soaked with blood shortly after I stepped out of the screening room.

The clinic us suppose to close @1pm. However I was there by 12 noon and the closed board was already hanged. Don’t know when exactly they hanged it as there was already one patient before me standing out. Around 12:20 one guy from the reception came out and said due to overwhelmed patients, the clinic is closed earlier and the doctor is busy so has to come back @ 2pm. I asked him whether I can book the queue, but he said can’t. Whatever, I just stand in front of the clinic for 2hrs. By 1:45 patients started to come in including the man who was there waiting before me. 2pm clinic was opened and those people who came at that moment were invited in and we were the last to get the queue number, this was so frustrating and I could hear the man talking to the reception that we can in before others but nothing happened. I had to wait all this time and the service was so poor. This is the second time I experience a slow process from them though they communicate friendly. This happened at Raffles Clinic @ Punggol Waterway Point. This is so disappointing and frustrating and all patients and their time should be valued.
