★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious bubble teas and desserts here :) my husband and I decided to have a belgium waffle with double scoops of gelato, and it was such a delight to our tastebuds. The waffle smelled amazing, and tasted really delicious, crispy out on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The early grey tea gelato and jasmine milk tea w cookies was so good and was very aromatic with its tea flavours. Such a unique combo of flavours here, your tastebuds are in for a treat! What a great neighbourhood gem for desserts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is preferred for the drinks and mix-and-match desserts, which are great with Burpple 1-1. The waffles were also on 1-1, but we found them rather lacking in terms of taste - a little bland. Apart from that the texture was good.
Might not have the waffles here again, but I'd be back more for the drinks and desserts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their earl grey milk tea. But they charged us 50cents for opting “no ice” for milk tea. They also sell waffle with ice cream. Their ice cream has some unique flavours. There are also seats to enjoy your drinks or desserts. They sell cold desserts as well like grass jelly with various toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bubble tea shop cum ice cream parlour. I love their waffles. They make it light and crisp. Every bite gives off a "crackling" sound ?. Elsewhere, it's mostly soft. Top it off with their delicious ice cream, the whole dessert make it to the top of my list. I even brought my gf to try the roasted pistachio ice cream which is her favourite. She commented it was very good.
Personally, I also like their drinks. For health reason, I like to order their honey black tea.
