★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice renovation, layout, signage and furniture. Too bad the staff seem so unmotivated and slow. Cone was badly made. Ice cream was spilling everywhere. Forgot to serve my toppings. Super slow service. Flavour was good though. If you want a quick fix and don't like queueing or waiting this place is not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a disappointing experience. There was an ongoing offer for the cups for additionally topping as shown in the photo.
We were not told and only receive the 1 topping that come from the small cup.
Additionally the staff is rude and almost gave us a taste spoon instead of a serving spoon. Which is really unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the server was really nice. She was really friendly and efficient so i was glad she served me (no offence to the other 2).
I got the medium Ibiza and it is what is it. It tastes like the yogurt and toppings i’ve picked. I quite enjoyed the treat.
There is an indoor and outdoor searing area so since it was drizzling at that time, i decided to take a seat. The indoor area was already full so i sat outside. The seats on the outer side was wet from the rain so there is 2/3 lesser tables. Seems like there were more people than seats available so do not expect to get a place to sit if you are planning to visit at a crowded time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their their new launch waffle bowl....it's so good!!The topping and the yogurt ice cream is so perfectly set together and it not only look is so beautiful but taste so yummy The size is good and you always feel value for money. I love it and totally love it. Staff was very helpful and friendly even though it's busy but they take time to service warmly. Well done Yole..I be back and thank you for serving us the best yogurt ice cream.
