★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YSD indeed helps to treat my injured knee due to running. Seeing different TCM did not help and I was really frustrated as my passion of running seems to halt. It has been 4 months when my wife ask that we go for their classes. One week before the class, I went to YSD at Breaktalk building where the volunteers treated me. To my surprise, after a short session, I can walk normally which before, I was limping. I want to carry learning and my knee injury has since improved. Im a exercise fanatic and now hope to run again to start skin beginning of June. Thank you Dr Chang.
