★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get myself a new lipstick for xmas present. Very disappointed at the unfriendly service. Even my patient husband also comment about their service. They showing you the not-welcome-you faces. The guy that serve me show judgy face after I commented on some of the colours that i don’t like. Hence decided not to buy from them. YSL please hire some professional people pls. Staff before covid were better and more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5 star is only meant for SA Asther Lee. Walk into the shop at ION around 5pm today, approached 3 staff that was chit chating at the lipstick area asking them is there any lip balm range and was ignore and treated invisibility by the guy who was standing closest to me, then SA Asther Lee came forward to assist me i guess maybe she was the junior among them but at least she make the effort of letting me feel welcoming unlike the other 2 staff. I manage to purchase a rouge volupte shine with Asther and was a nice trasaction with Asther (keep it up) I will only look for SA Asther Lee for my future purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A female staff was serving a customer. There are 3 male staff but none approach me. I was there for 5 mins and they made me feel transparent. However 2 customers came and 1 of the male staff automatically greeted them and serve. Im still there with no one attending to me. Apparently they select who they want to serve. I was wearing slippers and tshirt. I left and went to estee lauder and armani and was served well. YSL should learn from these 2 boutiques as to not judge a customer by the way they dressed.

Edison patiently helped me look for the shades i’m interested in and recommended other options as well. A genuine and patient SA. Very informative as well. Enjoyed my experience here ?
