★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hub and I were shopping around for digital locks for our new home. Went to few places and were overwhelmed with different brands in the market. Besides its functionality which is pretty much similar across all brands, 2nd will be price and outlook. Zansan Digital was the last we went as we have their pamphlet at our estate. We were served by Ryan whom differientiated his company and himself from few other places that we went. After understood our needs, he gave us a very detailed introduction and explanations of different brands and types of locks. He's patient in answering all our queries, and finally we took his advice and settled with Bosch and Zeus.
On the day installation was done by Rajah. He's punctual and installation was done in 2 hours as we were informed. He cleaned up the area after as well. The process was done without any hiccups. Rajah has also walk through the setups and ensure we are able to setup ourselves.
Overall, we are very pleased with the entire purchase process to installation. They are very professional and helpful!
