★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday 5 December my sister brought me to ZTP in Nex with the idea of buying their Himalayan salt. On arrival , we were greeted by the store gentleman who is friendly and polite and he is non other than Mr Ng Han Long!! I was attracted to the birds nest and without hesitation Mr Ng gave me a rundown on birds nest. How to see birds nest from Malaysia or Indonesia. He used phone torch light and shone on a bottle from each country and explained further. He further explained how to make a good bowl of birds nest instead of a bowl of starchy stuff. Honestly, I thought he was the owner, if not, shareholder of ZTP! He even advised me to sign up Nexrewards to gain useful points.
I felt ZTP is very fortunate to have loyal and dedicated staff like Mr Ng Han Long. He showed ownership which this day and time, hard to find. I left the place more than pleased with his impeccable service and will certainly return for more buys. Thank you Mr Ng!
