I requested for highlight and k gloss session and was given full undivided attention by DAIYAN. I managed to get the style and colour shade i want through to Daiyan and she was very professional with the service. So happy with the results! Also very friendly staffs no hard selling and beautiful salon.
Head and neck massage during wash was surprisingly soothing and relaxing too. Thank you Daiyan?
Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends??

2 days ago, I visited 1Gravity@Northpoint City first to get my haircut and perm. I washed my hair the 2nd day after tperm, the hair was seriously burned and damaged, the curves were scattered and ugly... My hair was very healthy and smooth before getting permed and I never met this situation in other salons before. Now I can't go out and meet people because of my hair and I almost cry out because of the burned hair!!!

โ โ โ โ โ 2nd visit. Bought a 3 times pink gloss kbond package last year. So far for both visits the hairstylists are friendly and professional. Not pushy in sales which i truly appreciate. Would like to thank Dayan this time for her good service though i did not purchase scalp treatment package. Thank you. Recommended to try 1Gravity salon at Northpoint city.

I must say from the get go from enquiring 2 days before the actual day to actually doing my hair (cut + colour + highlights) every stylist was very welcoming and nice! Very patient service and helps us achieve what we want! Shoutout to my stylist Valerie and Ah Bi!No hard selling as well.
