Accompanied my friend to see a watch. We were served by Mazlan. He is very knowledgeable with the products. Took time to understand my lifestyle and recommended me suitable watch. I ended up buying a Panerai myself all cos of Mazlan professionalism and patience. Will recommend my friends to come and look for him for advice.

A very pleasant surprise by the hubby and one that was extremely well-coordinated and executed by Harry of Panerai (: was totally caught off guard when we walked into Panerai, thinking to just take a look and to enquire on the OOS Pam01280, only to have Harry appearing with the said coveted watch and a bouquet of beautifully preserved roses after telling me it was impossible to get it ? Apparently, Harry had been doing his best to source for the watch after the hubby approached him with the request and notifying him immediately after managing to lay his hands on one. Aside from his excellent customer service, I must say Harry has a gift for acting too ? to be able to keep a poker face whilst introducing me to all the other Panerai pieces patiently. Thank you Harry, for going the extra mile with your warm and sincere service and for gifting the roses, turning this purchase into such a memorable event for me and hubby ♥️

I was attended to by Mazlan. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the products he is selling and is very patient. He is also able to provide recommendations based on the styles you like. Overall, very pleasant shopping experience at ION Panarai, its difficult to leave without a purchase!! Top notch service and every staff there are very friendly and welcoming.

He is one of the more knowledgeable watch service staff that i have come across as most AD sales barely know what they are selling. Been wanting to visit the renovated OFFICINE PANERAI Ion Orchard boutique for some time now, and just didn't happen due to my busy schedule. My wife and I finally found time to visit the store last week, as I was looking to get a strap for my PAM, and she was interested to look at the Luminor Due. We were privileged to be attended to by Mr. Mazlan, who from the onset has been extremely professional, customer/service oriented, and superbly knowledgeable in terms of the Panerai products on offer. What was supposed to be a visit to look at the straps, soon turned out to be my wife seriously looking at the Luminor Due. Mr. Mazlan provided his expert advice to my wife and spared no effort in terms of recommending her the ideal product. During the process, he recommended different variations, mix and matched the different watches with straps of various colours and texture, until my wife was able to arrive at her ideal choice. She finally settled for the Luminor Due (Piccolo Due) 38mm Champagne Gold dial, with a matching Red leather strap. I almost forgot to mention that my 8yo boy was running amok during this time while we were looking at the watches, but the Team at OFFICINE PANERAI Ion Orchard was engaging him all the time, and even gave him a big packet of gourmet chocolates before we decided on our purchase !! My boy had a really fun time looking at the various time pieces and chatting with the Representatives in the boutique - Yes, he is chatty, and the Team is equally warm and engaging. Really.. a Big Kudos to this special bunch at OFFICINE PANERAI Ion Orchard !! Finally, it was my turn to look for a replacement strap for my PAM. Mr. Mazlan presented me with so many different options, that I was spoilt for choices! Alas, I was able to settle on the ideal strap for my PAM, and am really delighted :) To watch enthusiasts out there, do check out the OFFICINE PANERAI Ion Orchard boutique if you are looking for a timepiece. The boutique is very well-stocked with a large variety of models, offering vast options to meet diverse customers’ needs/preferences. Been to a couple of boutiques lately, but I could purchase a timepiece from this store solely based on the exemplary service from Mr. Mazlan and his team. We(& my wife)were invited to the boutique about a week ago. The staff over at ION were simply amazing. Everyone there were polite and well informed. We were served drinks and shown the latest time pieces. I like to take this time to thank Farhan, for his professionalism. He was patient and shared his expert opinions but never pushy. We had a nice chat and learnt alot more about this brand Panerai. We will be back for sure.
