β β β β β Horrendous service by staff today. Probably because it was sale season, so nil effort was made to entertain any queries and all you get is a frustrated annoyed attitude. All in all, it really soiled my impression of COS.

β β β β β Staff's were friendly , polite , greet their customer when they walk in or out of their store clean & tidy store when on sales their stuff's are cheap & their quality is so above my expectation and the prices say's it all about the quality & style's Cos it a place i would invite my friend's to go and buy their clothes .

β β β β β 2 staffs for the whole shop, impossible to ask for any pieces of a different size since I walked around the shop 2 times and canβt find a single staff

β β β β β Awful staff there, no customer obsession, not even say a word after I pay the money. One young lady even yell at us while weβre in fitting room, which is ridiculous.
Good design though, should spend more time hiring polite staff.
