★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to wash my duvet and after washing, my white duvet came out with BLACK SPECKS on it. When I asked the boss, why is my duvet dirtier after washing when i came here to get it cleaned? He nonchalantly said, “put it into the dryer and it will come out.” So I asked if I pay for the dryer and it still doesn’t come out are you going to refund me? He said it’s out of his control because of the previous customer who used it. How do I know if it’s your machines that are not maintained properly and kept clean since he conveniently blamed the previous customer. Would give this place Zero stars if I could. The hotline number was useless. No one answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right in the heart of Singapore and off Orchard Road, is an easy to use self-service laundromat. There are no staff available to assist you. They have easy to follow instructions to operate the washers and dryers. Average load will cost 9 Singapore dollar. The wash time is approximately 40 to 45 minutes and the cost of drying is based on how long you’d like to dry your clothing for. There’s a change machine available. There’s no need to bring detergent because detergent is already included within the washer when you start a cycle. The machines were in excellent operating condition. I highly recommend this establishment if you don’t want to pay the high cost at a hotels charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent self service laundry. Machine will make "change" to operate laundry machines. No detergent necessary. Powerful dryers. 30 minutes should be sufficient. Many machines with chairs outside to wait. There are also places to eat nearby. Wash cycle is around 39 minutes. Dryer is around 30 minutes. 24 hours. There is also 24 hours food nearby. Great location.

Pros: long operating hours everyday, no detergent required, multiple options to wash, cheaper than hotel service.
Cons: no refunds for remaining tokens, dryer minutes aren't mentioned on the price table (1 token = 4mins, as of 2022 Jul 9th), washing time may take longer than it's indicated on the machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked out great. Very large washer and dryers, can do a weeks worth of my laundry. Grab ride round trip $17, washer $10, dryer $7. Much cheaper than nearby wash and fold and forget comparing to hotel prices.
I got a 1/2 hour foot massage next door waiting for wash and ate lunch waiting for dryer.
