1st time here to eat already bad experience.
1 couple eating there only.
Fries too soggy ( ask for seaweed flavour but give me spicy fries instead)my guess is overcooked fries or previous order change than Juz add abit of the seaweed msg and give it to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first order of 4Fingers in Grab app, it's a great disappointment. Ordered at about 1805H, ready to collect within 10 minutes of order. Headed down to Northshore Plaza II, went to the Online Order Pickup Counter then was told to proceed to Riders Pickup. There's no clear instructions on where to collect if ordered online. In the end waited for nearly 35 minutes at 1845H.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst 4 Fingers we have tried. Do not buy from this particular store. Asked for seaweeds for the fries but given kimchi. The fries r also very soggy. Cheesy sticks r over burnt and u cant taste any cheese. Chicken drumsticks r with the chicken smell. This is the first and last time I'm buying from Northshore. I would give a zero rating if I can.

Soggy fries. The chicken is as cold as the Aircon. Not chilling just cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited it on the first day of opening and really disappointed with the food standards. Picture will speak for itself. Fish and fried chicken was soggy. Spicy sauce insufficient to coat the chicken. Seaweed powder was missing from our seaweed fries. No sauce was provided for take away. This store needs help with quality control.
