★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I was greeted with bad odour of the restaurant.(ventilation system needs to be fixed)
Secondly ,counter staff do not acknowledge customers who is waiting to be served (busy is not an excuse)
Thirdly, the waiting time for take away is 15mins!!!!
The burger is no more a King.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advise not to come on sat morning, the shortage of staff and heaps of orders will deter you to have a “fast food” experience. More than 3 food delivery riders are waiting for their orders. The entrance staff also discourage customers from dining / take away due to many orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unreasonable manager ( male wearing glasses at around 7pm?? ) he kicked me and my friends out of the queue claiming we talked too loud and was interacting with the public. to be honest , we had no idea to what he was even saying or wtv like dude we talked so softly and never even interacted with the public ? what is he on ? having a restaurant with a terrible managing service cannot be tolerated . highly unrecommend

Review: So I decided to order the medium fries here for $3 [eh slightly expensive since the portion is not a lot for $3], and the service was quite smooth and fast. I ordered and got my food ready in 5 seconds, since they already made the fries. It is also not really crowded even during the evening peak hours, and it is quite clean, however some tables are slightly wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by on a Sunday Evening for takeaway dinner. Very empty and spacious. Didn't realise burgerking actually quite expensive for fast food.
Double Yuzu Salmon Burger - Each Patty was smaller than the size of the buns so both staked on each other wasnt perfect but good job to the service crew for not making it messy. Soury Yuzu matched well with Salmon but not too sure with the Chicken option.
Shrooms Burger - Used to be my go to order! But idk why now it tasted dry??
Orh Nee Pie - Yummmyy!
Cheese Fries - Reallyyyy love the generousity on the cheese, more than KFC.
Wisteria outlet also had power outlets, quiet and spacious. Food prepared very quickly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First issue table was sticky and dirty very unpleasant for dine in customer to have their meals
2nd issue when asked the restaurant manager for big cup cover lid he give medium cover lids which totally not acceptable.
3rd issue is tables remain untidy with customers had their meals
4th issue rubblish bin unpleasant look and full of rubblish laying the dustbin at dine in area.
Very bad customer service and dine in experience received

Ordered snow combo meal of whopper with ham....absolutely delicious ?. The size is big like the original whopper unlike those standard size buns. And the burger and buns weren't dry.
Ample lettuce and onions, 2 slices of tomato, generous sauce.
This burger meal along with the quality should stick permanently to the menu.
