β β β β β Today went to queue to order for dinner. However, they are not taking walk-in orders cause those ordering online are still waiting to collect their food. No system when you foresee such situation will happen. Outlet manager did not control crowd and no signage to inform that the outlet are not taking anymore orders.

β β β β β Lady Staff at the cashier working too hard. Outlet is severely understaffed. Only one person taking orders at the cashier and front line. We waited for more than 10mins and there were 2 person in front of us in the queue.

β β β β β The food here is good, chicken fried to perfect for both orignal or crispy. Egg tarts abit not up to standard though .. and the seats r too little and space quite cramp.

β β β β β Located inside level 1 of Wisteria mall. It has only 2 self service counter but you can still order from the cash counter. Just that the soft drink dispenser is self service and there is only one so if there is someone who order quite a bit, you could wait a while.

β β β β β The taste and quality is pretty consistent, so I'll just rate it on their service. My typical instructions accompanying my order of fried chicken would be no breast meat and no wings. If it's more than 5 pcs of chicken, I would lay a wager that they'll get it wrong...and I'd win almost everytime. This is especially so if it's a takeaway order. The only way to beat this is to either check it when I pick up my order or order extras, so that everyone gets their choice piece. Food waste becomes a thing and I'm trying my best not to contribute to that.
Note to KFC, if you're really keen on exploring solutions, I'll be happy to share. I'm sure I'm not the only one with messed up orders.

β β β β β The store is small. It is conveniently located near one of the entrance by Yishun Ring Road making it so convenient for pick and go. There is a separate counter for pick and go for those who ordered their food online.
It was expected to be crowded as it was dinner time at 1910hrs. The seats in the store were fully occupied, there were a dozen of customers ahead of me who had ordered their food over the counter. The cashier was so friendly and had taken our orders with great patience. She is obviously new but KFC spared no efforts to maintain their service by assigning guidance for her. I had waited for my order with quite a number of orders before mine but surprisingly, the wait was not long. It was just a few minutes before I received my takeaway and left by the exit which was located just beside the entrance without the need to maneuver around. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for me! Great! ?

β β β β β Bought a zinger box changed fries to cheese fries ($11+) and curry rice bucket ($5+).
My drumstick from the zinger box is soooo small!!! Not even 10cmβ¦.Really sad to see chicken little made into my meal.
But very lucky the fries just fresh out of oven its so crispy and curry rice is good so i give 3/5 stars else i give 1-2/5 stars onlyβ¦.
