β β β β β I think the feedback was not heard. This place is now empty and Iβm the only customer. The tasty fries that I enjoy from LJS back in the past was gone. The fish and fries were cold even though it was served to me almost immediately.

very very slow service and kitchen staff didn even wear the mask properly with nose not cover!!!

$5 for 2 pieces fried chicken with fries and cola, super value meal and staffs are friendly.

β β β β β Decided to give LJS a try after a few years hiatus and they have upgraded the menu as well as the prices.
Service was slow, tables and chairs were dirty. The tables beside us was only cleared after a good 20mins after we sat down. The crew looks understaffed. One possible reason for the slow service was that the crew had to serve Grab food as well as walk in customers.
Food wise, no improvement. Not coming back.

β β β β β my first time here,food was ok,not too crowded,Hai Cho was very friendly but she failed to inform me that orange was charged at 60 cents more till i questioned her about the price. elsewise all good.

β β β β β food isnt terrible but staff is. Consistently in a bad mood and tsk'ed me after i asked if it was my drink that was being served. one of the worst customer services constantly, as the staff would ignore you and always be in a bad mood.

β β β β β Staff are really undermanpower over here. Based on the reviews, I am not the only one experiencing bad services. I was here to try out the NDP specials coupons but I waited so long it was almost Christmas.
