AcuMed Medical (Joo Koon)

Waiting time is too long.Came here at 5.10pm and need to wait until 5.55pm to see the doctor.There are only 3 patients before me.Dispensary nurse is so slow too.

No proper response from the front desk lady, even after test she make me to wait to almost two hours, when I went out to toilet and come back why are walking here and there. Bad experience.

Very bad experience even after see doc waiting for medicine more then 40mins the front staffs(1 indian lady & 1 chinese guy)just sitting chit chat without attend the patients that waiting for medicines and both waiting until the another Chinese girl(front staff) that attending the audio test patients 3 of them,to distribute the medicine to us.. this is my 1st time to the clinic and will be the last too ??

The lady at the front desk need to be sacked! Called in to enquire if I need to change the spelling of my name as I just realized that the appointment email I got spelled my name incorrectly. The rude lady did not only reply me rudely & loudly when I asked if I've reached Acumed, she hung up my phone without me finishing my sentences and questions. Naturally, I came to the review section, I realized I'm not the only one facing the same rude lady at the front desk! Acumed HR needs to do a better job.

Messy system. Had been a regular with their health screening for years thus pre-advance booked an online appointment for health screening for 20 Dec 21, called to check in advance if allow to bring forward, the front staff, male checked & say ok & advised me to reschedule online as cannot do it over the front desk. Upon putting down the phone, I realized the reschedule does not have the date mentioned. Called the 2nd time, this time a very rude lady answered, when i have yet to complete my sentence, she simply ask me to call back again as they are very very busy with the pre-departure test & the date I requested are not available, she ask me to visit other branch & insisted me to call back in the afternoon as they got no time to check. I was very angry as what kind of attitude is this for a front line staff & demanded for her name. She refused to give & ask me leave my contact so that she will call again. No call till i call back then she tell me the initial date which i booked online was no longer valid as the appointment are already full for that day. If you set up a online booking system but does not adhere what's the purpose of us doing & following? She re-booked for me over the phone to a later date which I am still pondering how sure this appointment will deem goes... Please re-look your company procedure of online system & educate your staff attitude. Disappointed is all I can say.

Made an appointment on government portal for supervised ART at 9am today. Reached there and found out that it is closed. Very irresponsible.

I want to give 0 star if allow, the service is very slow and bad. My pcr appointment is 2pm and I reach there sharp 2pm. Check with the lady for registration, she just ignore me and ask me to wait. I wait until 2:30pm only she register for me. Have to wait for another 30mins to get my pcr done. Please go to other clinic to do pcr, my gf pcr only cost sgd98 and pcr done according to the appointment time. I spend sgd135 and wasted 1 hour, very inefficient.

Appointment given at 9am and was told Dr will come at 10.30am. 2 registration staff fronting the 6-8 patients. They seem frustrated. I pity the staff. Strongly suggest to close this branch. The one at Jurong point was better.
