The first 1 room Indian doctor very nice person he can handle the patient cool and calm I Malaysian coming for medical check up I am very happy the service ( I give you five star Jurong point)

The Indian lady at the front desk was clearly rude. She treated the patient infront of me rudely and to me when its my turn. She mention 'attitude' when i was abt to walk out the door. Management please look into this. Its unacceptable.

If can no give star then I totally will no give. Very terrible clinic, trade patient like non human Working attitude very terrible 8:30 start till 9:30 no start work, complain to them still have many reason to tell u. no push no work. Can any gov agency to take action of this kind of clinic.

Went there just now for medical check up, the Indian lady at registration point is really RUDE! Really ATTITUDE! They never instruct properly after this check up I may go bck, without paying or see doctor, really terrible clinic! ? BTW, the doctor assist with X-ray is really good ??

this is my last time visit to this clinic. So many bad comments about this clinic. Customer Service very rude and terrible. We as patients why always get scolded. Me and my hubby went there to see doctor with just normal flu and we both got same medicine but consultation fee are different. Mine is 26.00 & my hubby consultation fee was only 16.00. and they even charge me "PRACTICE COSTS " $13.00. Next day i called them and asked about how you charged all those costs, the lady from front desk replied that based on per minutes , and i said how come like that i was consulted by doctor less than 4 min and you charged me this amount but my husband also around same 4 min you charged less. and she shouted to me and i don't know you just email to us she replied like this. How irresponsible they are. and i asked her what is the practice cost & her answered me that this is charged by this jurong point outlets facility cost and they charged everyone $13.00 for this but i said you do not charge my husband she said "i will charge him extra $13.00 now". HOw can she said like that . really bad attitude and poor service even though doctor also always black face and rude manner except indian doctors who is very kind and smile face. so never ever go again this clinic anymore . BAD BAD CLINIC IN SINGAPORE THAT I EVER WENT. So If you are feeling unwell , please do not go this clinic , it will make your disease worse.

medical check up, urine test The glasses-wearing staff (the fat lady) told me to get away from him, far again again. She looked disgusted and asked me to take the reagents, use the reagents myself, and complete all the tests. I don't think his attitude and professionalism are adequate for the job. There is simply no will to do the work. I don't think she's qualified

Dr. Bala has always been a good doctor with lots of empathy. Last ‘visit’ was 3 years back and he still recognised me and knows about my wife ?. The staff here are also nice. Keep up the good work to all at Jurong Point staff.

Would give 5 stars for the awesome indian doctor in room 1. However, I feel that their front desk staffs are rude as hell. Comments on how they treat different races and nationality is true. Feels like a roller coaster when your BP increase from meeting the front desk, and gets calmed by the most awesome indian doctor in room 1, only to exit and your BP rise again when you make payment. Tips: ignore front desk, get queue number, see doc, payment, go home. Dont expect anyone else other than the doc to provide any service :)
