then what is the point of being a doctor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is one of the worse clinic...Don't know what the male doctor(white hair and senior age) is doing!!The patient came out so long and still don't activate the next Q number!!took about 15 to 20 mins to get call the next patient..counter also a mess.
Avoid at all cost if you very sick!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go if youre really sick. Doc cannot diagnose accurately. You can have all the flu symptoms and still to him is "no laaaa just throat infection laa, very common!" Then he will ask you to wait outside and prescribe you med without asking if you have any drug allergy. So you be leaving the clinic with the wrong diagnosis, wrong med and insufficent mc days to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Medical Personnel at the registration counter are rude and very unhygienic. Medical Personnel tested a patient urine result at the front desk, infront of many patients with no proper usage of gloves. Patients are even holding their own blood tube. This clinic needs alot of improvement on hygiene and good customer service with patients. Extremely disappointing. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs is rude as well as the doctor. What kind boss hires what kind of staffs. Lousy service. Doctor is not even diagnosing me properly. When I request diagnosis to he written on mc, Doctor starts talking like gangster: ya la, I will write la!
Seriously, what kind of Doctor would talk to his patients this way. Never gonna come again. Freaking lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there today for a consultation for my fever and sore throat. The receptionist (Red hair and Shirt) was really pleasant in registering me as a patient. However, while waiting for my consultation, I noticed workplace bullying when the 2 other receptionist asking her why she hasn’t “woken up” and “blur” etc, all while she was overwhelmed with registration, handing out MCs and prescriptions.
