I’ve been treated by both Doctor Eugene and Doctor Alex before on multiple occasions. Both Doctors are always keen to diagnose the illness that you’re having and also keen to share more about what a patient should do to facilitate a swift recovery. Doctors and nurses have an extremely tough job during Covid, I can tell that they are trying very hard to handle everything professionally…………..please keep up the good job.

Came here a few times and Doctor Eugene Huang is always very thorough and well mannered. Front desk staff are helpful too!

I came on 22nd December for pre departure pcr test at 9.40. Its been 1.5 hours and still waiting for pcr to be done. Be prepared while u come here. Called the clinic before starting and they said there is no appointment and just walkin. Additionally on call they said bring hardcopy of passport nd nric. But when came here nothing is needed. Original for noting down info is the only purpose. Very hectic process, maybe this is the case with other clinics also. Hope it had appontments, so strict time is followed. Tired of waiting around.

A Singaporean Chinese lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Display sites that are open at 10:00 PM. Arrived at the front desk at 9:20 pm, she told me that the door was closed, and then a Singaporean Chinese male doctor came over and asked me to come in and register, I was very grateful, but the Singaporean Chinese lady. She is really unprofessional. My feet hurt so much. I managed to get to the clinic and she treated a patient like this.

I visited the clinic yesterday. Despite being the FIRST to register at 6pm, I was told that the doctor would be attended to Covid +ve AFTER he's done with rest!! Doctor eventually came out from the back door (where covid patients were asked to wait) at 7.35pm and the diagnose took less than 1 min. I just want to understand why Covid patients, alr being sick with fever being pushed to the back of the Q? Shouldn't the diagnosis go according to first come first serve?

Visit doctor Alex previous on my feet issue and he was checking the feet and examine them thoroughly with his bare hands and checking every toes and washes his hands after check which surprise me. He is very dedicated and patience explaining to me how to improve the condition. However, met doctor Eugene today and he just look at feet from a distant without closely examine my feet. I have to tell him about the nails and the skin issue. I personally feel that Eugene is not as detail and observant compared to Alex. When I reached home, I have found out that I have the same medication prescribe by the same clinic previously and went back to the clinic to ask for refund but was rejected. He even want to charge me extra consultation for discussing in the refund. I explained that usually doctor Alex do not charge the patient for visiting them again within a week. He then waive off my consultation. Quite a bad experience with Doctor Eugene.?

I was extremely grateful to chance upon AE Medical clinic at fernvale because I met one of the most genuine, kind, and altruistic Doctor. To simply put, Doctor Eugene is one of the rare few who actually cares about the patient, both their well being and physical health. If there's an additional star on G review, I'd gladly rate him 6 stars. Thank you for being so incredible, and to Doctor Eugene, if you actually read the reviews of your own clinic, I only have one thing to say... "Please don't stop doing what you're doing!" Ps: the photo is taken to show how he actually bents down humbly to listen and talk to the patient. Also, I hope we don't meet again.. because its never a good thing to meet a doctor again. But if in any unfortunate event where I get sick, I'll definitely drop by AE clinic. Addendum: thank you to the nurses working at AE Medical, specifically Cris who attended to me.
