Aeroline (Singapore) -FLY From the City ! - 1 Maritime Square

I decided to take a bus as I’ve heard plenty of the ‘luxury’ buses that ply the NS Highway. I googled around and saw a few choices but decided on aeroline as I remembered seeing the advertisements before. The other bus prices were about $33 for a Sunday morning trip, so when I saw a $50 ticket from aeroline, I thought how nice, it must be really good. How wrong I was.. My first impression as I got up the bus was the bus captains seat. It looked like it needed a good cleaning, I was rather surprised at the state it was in. When I got seated, I realised there wasn’t any storage area for my bag, which meant that the bags were supposed to seat on your lap or your legs. The chairs looked very very old, dirty and just beyond redemption. The seat handles were scratched up and looked frankly worse than the public buses that ply our roads. As I looked around, anything that my eyes landed upon felt like it needed a change or revamp. Buttons were faded, pvc were cracking, stains everywhere. As I write this, I notice a slight itch on my back. Have to put a layer of cloth behind me as I’m unsure if it’s dirt or..... This is definitely not the luxurious bus I was looking for. Probably should have just purchased the other bus tickets.. disappointing..

The express bus service was very good. I took the bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Staff were friendly.

First time using this coach bus service.Its the best I ever encountered so far.Upon arrival,the bus attendant offered you blankets,headphones and provided meals of subway sandwiches and choices of hot beverages ,from tea to hot coco! Efficient ,clean and friendly service .Felt safe regardless it's a double decker bus.Arrived on time.Helpful staffs, thanks to Delilah and the whole bus crews.Very worth the journey.With wide leg space , comfortable and adjustable chairs at only RM95 ringgit per pax! Better than airlines,that need to line up 3hours before departure time and small seating places and packed orange juices with almost the same rate.They provide in-bus entertainment such as movies,musics,etc in every individual seating.Have toilet in the bus too .Only scheduled twice daily (8am & 6pm) from One Utama Bus Station.Will use this bus service again!Highly recommended.

Took this bus for my trip from Singapore to KL & KL to Singapore and was really impressed with the service. The staffs were really friendly, the stewards I got for both rides was sincere in doing their job and is always smiling. The meal was okay, you get a free hot drink and toilet it also clean. The entertainment was good too! You will also be given a small pillow and a blanket to keep you warm. Felt really comfortable throughout the entire journey however, there was a jam at tuas link on our way back to Singapore and the bus was a little bit hot. Definitely recommended compared to other coaches I have taken and I would definitely ride with Aeroline again as we were really cared for well :)

First time to try Aeroline after good reviews online. Tried their night SG-KL trip, and their morning SG-KL trip. I don’t think I’ll ever ride the ordinary buses to KL again after trying Aeroline. All I can say is that it’s worth every buck. Free meal (vegetarian option available) and refreshment, blanket and pillow, comfortable seat, on schedule, helpful staff, and driver drives safely.

Took Aeroline from SG-KL and i have to say i really enjoyed the comfort and care that they provide. Their new buses are really top notch with much newer and comfortable seats and a bigger LCD screens that comes with their newly design User Interface and a wide variety of contents! Staff were very friendly and i believe they played a huge part in ensuring i arrive at my destination safely. Aeroline also provided me with a bottle of water, blankets, headphones, food and a cup of hot chocolate (it was either tea, coffee or hot chocolate) I hope Aeroline will start rolling out more of their new buses and i would definitely ride with them again someday!

A few suggestions to bring your service back to the pre-pandemic standards: 1. Pre-boarding ART requirement be made clearer to passengers. There is currently no indication of the requirement on the confirmation email and self printed ticket. 2. Seat numbers are not indicated before the TV screens are turned on. For this particular bus that I'm taking, passengers have resorted to free seating because nobody knows where's where. 3. Set clear policy for waiting time at customs. Should the whole bus with full passengers be waiting for an hour for one person who runs into problem with his passport at the customs? Tonight's ride is the worst after all these years of travelling with Aeroline...

Waiting lounge is comfy. Attentive staffs. Do make sure you perform the covid self test a day prior to departure and keep a record to show. Protect yourself and others. Blankets & headphones are provided to ensure comfortable journey. It is a double decker bus and the toilet is available at ground floor. Rm95 or Sgd50/way depending where you buy your tickets. The journey was about 6 hours. Had been taking aeroline bus for years & I'm glad that the service resumes after Covid.
