โ โ โ โ โ poor service, staff claimed that she worked in this industry for more than 10 years but when I shower, I saw that there were still some leftover hairs (I did Brazilian waxing). She also double dipped the used spatula throughout the whole session!! This is so unhygienic and unacceptable. Please train your staff professionally and teach her some simple hygiene knowledge.

โ โ โ โ โ Took me awhile to decide whether to paot this review as I still have credit with the shop at Square 2. The staff are quite pushy in selling their package even when I have told them few times that I do not wish to spend too much and need to think about it. And even I told them before that I dislike hard selling, they still push very hard and talk non stop. I felt very stressful and breathless after my last session with them, don't enjoy my visit at all. I also do not like the positions I was in during the waxing session, so embarrassing and degrading. Still prefer reputable hair removable place like Strip. Am considering whether to avoid going back the shop even when I still have balance credit. Sigh...

โ โ โ โ โ This place is a great to go to if you're looking for friendly and welcoming staff. The beautician that served me was kind and motherly towards me and overall adds to the experience of being pampered. I often find myself having to cancel or reschedule my appointments due to my busy life but they are more than kind and understanding when it comes to that. This is definitely a place where you would want to go to long-term.

โ โ โ โ โ Top of mind place when it comes to skin matters. Have enjoyed the facial and IPL sessions with Beauty Empire which are interactive and relaxing. Most importantly, they produce results with many friends feedbacking that my skin has become more radiant and brighter after the treatments. Highly recommended if you have sensitive skin as you will be well taken care of by an industry's veteran!

their facial to bodytreatments. Anne and Jane are highly skilled, providing treatments that I need there and then, right on time and theirs are not not just a one size fit all. They are able to customise their treatment as I have highly sensitive skin and suffer from breakouts now and then. I feel safe in their hands.
