β β β β β I had engaged Pang Giap to change the windows and doors of my apartment so that the noise and heat coming into the house is reduced. Prior to confirming with Pang Giap, I had actually met up with a few other professional firms to assess the quality and cost involved.
What impressed me about Pang Giap was that Mr Ang (the boss himself) came down to speak to us and make sure that he knows all our requirements. I was very pleased with the end result, noise and heat were reduced, and the installation was done very quickly and workmanship was of high quality. I strongly recommend Pang Giap to anyone who needs to change their windows / balcony doors.

In addition, they are the only one who was able to convert my kitchen glass to louvre windows without hacking anything when all IDs that we asked said it can't be done!

Easy to communicate with them so my experience with them is very smooth - no problems whatsoever. Their pricing is quite high but for the service and goods its worth it! The windows are very nice.

β β β β β Engaged Pang Giap to replace all windows, grilles and front gate for my motherβs home renovation. This is the second time I have engaged them after they installed their signature mild steel slim grilles and also customised a mild steel front gate for my own home renovation last year, which were beautiful and of excellent quality.
This time, like the last time, the uncle who is the boss, came down personally to do the measurements and quotation as well. He is very experienced, accommodating, honest and a truly kind man. He said he had to give me a discount because Iβm doing it for my mother. The workers who came were professional, efficient and nice. One of them even changed out the broken hinges of my motherβs wardrobe.
We are very happy with the product and service. Their workmanship is excellent. This level of quality product, service and the very reasonable price is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Engaged them to install mild steel window grilles. Found them on Google search and their price is the most competitive. These are slimmer than aluminum grilles and in my opinion nicer than invisible grilles because their frames are also more sleek. The uncle who's the boss came down to measure and he was very friendly. He even came down twice as my windows was changed so had to measure again. After production, the workers managed to install within an hour. Everyone mentioned the grilles are very beautiful and doesn't make the view ugly!

β β β β β For years I have been engaging Pang giap as if an ID to do regular improvements to my home. Their materials and quality is good, most important is that the boss-Mr Ang listens to what our needs are, and is able to give good alternative suggestion and we can both compromise on the final product. The cost if based on the quality of the material they gave is very reasonable. We are very happy to be deal with Mr Ang directly, unlike other companies only the supervisors or sales personnel came with the mindset on just only give you what you want, will not give any unnecessary suggestion to avoid future liability you will be on them. For aluminum and glass works in Singapore, we will be still be voting for Pang Giap.
