We came twice to see him as we trusted it as a new clinic.
Wrong!
Today we went to see another doctor.
Was advice that the diagnosis was wrong.
Even worse we were adviced that we should not have applied cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very rude and doesn't have bedside manners. Don't go this doctor. They make you wait for a long time without any proper queuing system. I waited for more than 1 hour even though there were very few patients. If you ask for prescription, he doesn't give. He just forces you to come back. He's very greedy. His name is Derrick, Ong noon Hong. Avoid him.

Glad to have them N the clinic around the neighbourhood....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my new family clinic ever since I moved to this area 1 year ago. Dr Ong is friendly, sincere and patience . His counter staff also nice but would like suggest flexible for needy patient book appointments instead of walk in. Thank you !
