Town Hall Dental Surgery (Tampines) - 872C Tampines Street 86

Went there twice for my son's milk tooth extraction, both stop bleeding after biting the first sponge. Very kind and nice Dentist too.

Don't bother to see this AHPEK dentist...he won't explain to you anything...he would just pull out your teeth and don't tell you what to be done after that...I had to go to another dentist after he pulled out the teeth and get implants etc...the receptionist also horrible can't speak proper English...sounded like from china...we dont understand each other...can you believe that... honestly...there's alot of other dentist nearby...my mistake was to come in to this dentist because they are nearby...my biggest regret.

Today opening happen to pass by and was given a free oral check by the dental surgeon, and registered as the 001 of the clinic. Thanks to the surgeon and clinic manager.

I had toothache and I went to town hall dental. He looked and just told me he is extracting it and didn't even bother to save it. After extraction I saw my tooth and it didn't even look bad. He could have done something to it instead of extracting. I went to other dentist for check-up and even the other dentist said that and I got tooth implants after that and it cost me alot of money.

My mum went for filling for her tooth decay. The environment was clean and ambience was not bad. While the dentist was quite gentle, we felt he was unprofessional as he did not explain what he needed to do after checking her teeth or what he found about her teeth after doing the consultation. He did filling for 3 small decay areas for my mum without informing her first. He also did not advice her on the cost before doing the filling. My mum only knew it cost $150 per filling at the counter. He refuse to help her do the filling for the tooth which has a largest decay area which she requested as it was painful. Instead, he said it will take quite a long time so he ask her to come back again for another appointment. When my mum ask to schedule her next appointment, the counter staff also did not schedule an appointment for my mum. Instead, my mum was ask to call the clinic and see if there are slots on the day she want to come before she come over. Overall, the experience was not a pleasant one as the dentist also kept asking her non-related stuff like where she previously did her crowning, how much it cost instead of being concerned whether my mum was feeling okay when he did the filling.

Stated they open till 6pm. Came to the clinic they are closed and call them they pick up and hang up the phone many times. Then I went back to the car which is back of the clinic. A lady in yellow went in to the back entrance. I called she ignored me and went in and closed the door. This was 30 April 2022. 5.20pm. Never going back there again.
