- The clinic is so lavish and extravagant.
- the lounge have a area where you get to brew coffee, There’s Netflix
- for couples doing IVF, IUI, sometimes it can be awkward to extract, the boys room with bed and tv,
He take the time to emphatised and listen.Moreover you feel super at ease talking to him.
He doesn’t judge you at all.
- the nurses are all very assuring and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan is very polite, always smiling and soft spoken. He has great bedside matters. He does work extended hours and has seen me even on his busiest days if I requested to see him. His nurse Shirley is very helpful.I do call the clinic a lot of times when I am anxious. All the staff are very polite and lovely. I have been seeing Dr Tan from February. His Clinic is very spacious and clean. I do like that he takes the time to explain things to me. At times I have waited like 3 hours to see him. I think I have a good rapport with Dr Tan hence I am ok to wait to see him. I am seeking fertility treatments under him and I do believe I am in great hands. He does have a lot of experience and he truely cares for each and every patient of his. He charges are very reasonable and he doesn't encourage you to do unnecessary testing if not required. Overall except for waiting long hours to see the Dr, I have had a very positive experience. I am just hoping he can help me to get pregnant and deliver a healthy baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan is very caring and understanding but the admin or assisstant is really lack of professionalism.
We went for pre pregnancy screening in beg. of Feb. My wife went for blood test and we were told to meet Dr Tan 2 weeks later to review the result. On Friday we met the doctor and he asked his assisstant where the result is but it was not there. We came and paid for consultation but no result to be reviewed. 1st dissapointment.
Ok then we were told that they will call us saturday morning but..they called us in the afternoon and said they will send the result via email. We only received it on Monday. 2nd dissapointment.
In the result it mentioned about Igg ab test and we asked clarification by email but they just replied go take vaccine. 3rd dissapointment.
Unable to understand we paid for the service but this is what we got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience with Dr Tan as my gynae, he's nonjudgmental, a good listening ear & he has his patient's interest as his priority.
I started my IVF journey with fertility test somewhere else & there was a lot of judgement + treatment recommended, the treatments were not effective for us and we wasted a few months plus plenty of disappointment. We visited Dr Tan under recommendation of a friend and it was the best decision we made.
All the staff at the clinic are also very friendly & helpful, they make you feel at ease during every visit which is very important during this treatment + pregnancy journey. It was a great experience, less than a year from my first visit to welcoming my babies via IVF.
