I approach Ms Chermaine at Jems in Nov 2021. She has been very patience to response to all my queries from door, main gate and digital door lock. She make me feel assured when I have selected the choose and the outcome indeed meet my criteria. Both installer for doors and digital door are very professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Charmaine via WhatsApp. She is very patient and responsive. She answered all of our questions and assisted us in making arrangements that met our requirements.
Then came Louis, who had done the installation for us; we were impressed by how detailed and meticulous he was.
Overall, we had an awesome experience with Eazae. Thumbs up and many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience with the team. Sales staff Charmaine, was very friendly and easy going person. She reassure us when we were getting our locks. We were sceptical at first hence we wanted to experience another level-using digital locks. She even show us ways and types of locks that were available. Gates and doors were available too. Eventho we were in tight budget she shows all the concern and check on us which is a suitabl match. Finally today we got it fix! ? thank you so much!
Had a great time learning the digital lock from Aziz - who was our handyman ! Very patient and nice.
Great work!!! Would recommend this to anyone who wanna try something new. Hahaha.

She's not pushy in selling her products but taking time to know what customers needs & recommend the most suitable one within our budget. Technician Louis is also very professional. He came to my hse on his off-day to help me to resolve some minor issues on the gate handle. Rest assured you are in good hands if you are buying from Eazea Smart Digital Lock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience with EAZEA Smart Digital Lock! My family met Sales staff Aiko at JEM and was impressed by her explanation of the products available. She was able to understand our needs and advise us on the products that will best suit us.
On the day of installation, we also met very helpful, friendly and professional staff - Ivan and Uncle Lee. They used various tools to not only install the lock but make it look beautiful as well. A part of the wainscoting/cornice design on our door had to be removed to fit the lock and they did it very well! Any holes from our previous door handles were also covered, creating a very sleek look. They showed incredible patience when explaining how to use the lock and reassured us that we can always call for any additional assistance. :)
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are very blown away by the incredible craftsmanship and service by the entire team. We would definitely recommend EAZEA to our friends! Thank you!!
