They did a great job of taming the fur of my little shih tzu after it got really badly matted. Already had a few bad experiences with groomers messing up her face fur, but AAA made her look tres adorable! Thanks!

Can we give NO STAR? Tons of dogs and they put my cat with them openly, EXCUSE ME?!?! The staff does not really know how to deal with cat. We paid 75 dollars to only get a nail cut and a spraying called “dry bathing”. For your sake, just take of the CAT SERVICE out of your website, please? SMD

Groomer seemed disinterested and when grooming was done, called and added that the hair cut on his legs was uneven and that we will know when we see it. Was shocked that this is an academy where they train groomers. They said that they could not get an even cut. 7 years of grooming and though the dog doesn't like to be groomed, we have never been told that they failed to groom him. his chest and legs had tufts of longer hair and other areas with shorter hair. After letting us know that their cut was not ideal, they proceeded to charge us full price. I believe the owner was also there speaking to us. Disappointed.

Generally I like this place. It's clean and a decent price point. The issue I have is communicating what I want to the girls there. When I say I want cut short all over, I mean all over. I keep going back to find the tail not cut or too much hair on the head etc. They fix it, but just a little annoying.

Clean and precessional service. The cut by the students was also of a high standard.

I sent my 3 months old puppy here for grooming. Before he went for grooming he was very happy, cheerful, wag tail alot, laugh a lot. But after sending him for grooming, he is very withdrawn, scared of people, not his usual self, never barks, and pee everywhere even though he was toilet trained before. When we picked him up, your staff kept on saying that our puppy was very naughty. Even though we were not there throughout the whole duration, the fact that he isn’t his normal self suggests that your staff may have done something to him to frighten him / treated him roughly so that they can groom him more easier. I want to see CCTV footage of his grooming to confirm for myself what happened on the day itself via email. I will be not recommending this place after this incident unless proper investigation is carried out to prove my point otherwise. His paws are very red and his left eye area seems to be red too. If you ignore this complaint and do not disclose the full CCTV footage on the day itself, it means you have something to hide and cover up. I want to hear from you soon.
