We had a very bad experience. They confirmed our appoinment at 1pm(reserved 3 days well before) , we were at clinic at sharp 1PM and completed the registration. After kept us waiting for 30 mins, we were informed to come after 45mins as there are 4 more patients before us. So we went to grab our lunch, got a call within 40 mins that we need to go to the clinic as doctor is leaving for some surgery. We started running towards clinic and reached with in 10 mins, and receptionist calmly informed us doctor already left for the day. Please do not confirm more appointments if the doctor can only see only certain number of people. This is wasting our time , we took off from work just to visit the doctor and regretted choosing this near by clinic. Never again.

Dr James is a patient oriented and very patience gynae. During my whole pregnancy, he constantly give me professional advice and Fulfill my wish to be able deliver my girl naturally . Unfortunately due to some complications that I developed on week 35 , and I have to go through a c-Sec for the good of me and baby safety. However I still would like to thanks Dr James for all the emotional support and advice given to me during my pregnancy.

Dr James Lee was AMAZING! We chanced upon his clinic while searching for a gynaecologist for our pre-natal consultations, and it was nothing short of an extremely satisfying experience with Dr Lee! He was always very patient during each appointment with us. He performed the pre-natal scans with care and explained the baby's growth in specific detail. He was truly knowledgeable and experienced and was able to advise us on all the questions we had. Consultations were comfortable and light-hearted as Dr Lee was empathetic and reassuring towards as parents-to-be. In dealing with challenges faced during the pregnancy, his advice was always practical, logical and flexible to cater to one's personal preferences. In the labour ward, Dr Lee gave us a very detailed explanation of what to expect during the labour and delivery process. He saw through the delivery skillfully and delivered our baby without complications, even though our baby had its umbilical cord wrapped twice around its neck. After the birth of our baby, he also visited us with very valuable advice on managing the mother's recovery and handling the baby's initial days of life, including matters on breastfeeding. When our baby was 2 weeks old, she had to be warded for a fever episode and we also reached out to Dr Lee, who did not hesitate to take time off in between his consultations to entertain our call. We did sometimes encounter long waits beyond our scheduled appointment times but we believed it was because he was out there somewhere tending to a delivery or urgent matter, and we might also one day be in that situation so we felt that those waits were definitely worth it. We definitely felt his commitment and genuine concern towards his patients! We highly recommend Dr Lee and we most certainly would choose him as our gynaecologist again in future!

Dr. James is a very dedicated gynae who will patiently listen, provide advice and option during my pregnancy journey. Never once did he rushed us through the gynae visit. We learnt a lot from his sharing and always feel confident in approaching him any questions. He is a highly recommended gynae.

Dr. James gives very straightforward and sensible advice. He takes the time to answer all your questions. This probably increases the queue time, but that’s fine for me. He also has a set of topics to cover during each consultation which is very helpful especially for first time parents like my husband and I. Had a good journey with Dr. James the past 9 months plus clinic location is very convenient.

Dr James Lee has helped me delivered 2 babies. No frills, straightforward, honest advice and not pretentious like the many I have been. He really takes time to listen and care for all his patients and plans beyond post partum. I always love my session with him sharing and seeking him for advice. Highly recommended even beyond pre/post partum. Thank you Dr James!!!

Like many others who have came to this clinic by far has one of the worst scheduling I have ever seen in any clinic/hospital. My wife and I were schedule on a 7.45pm appointment, as we were preparing to leave the house we received a call from the clinic to inform us that there were 9 patient ahead of us which would delay our appointment. We were ask how long it would take as to arrive the clinic which after they would give us a call when we are closer to the queue. That part is fine but what wasn't fine is the simple fact that there where "9" people ahead of our queue. This only goes to show that they simple were in over their heads or the fact that little consideration was given to plan the schedule of patients. They told us they estimate each patient took 15mins, what is this terrible estimation. We end up receiving a call and arrive at the clinic 9pm+ lucky enough we lived close by but imagine those 9 patient who did not live near and had to wait 1-2 hours for their appointment. I simply cannot condole such poor schedule management, and to make it worst the Clerk who called us was rude in tone and not apologetic at all. Dr.Lee himself was only an average doctor who felt too nonchalant and did not give me and my wife any sense of ensure. And we were not sure but base on the norm our prenatal visits should have been once a month but instead we were given twice a month which felt unnecessary and only serve to milk more money from patients. Overall I would highly urge anyone who intends to visit this clinic to stay away unless you enjoy waiting for extreme long queue times and a doctor who's facial expression and sense of care is almost as good as non existent.

Paid for pap smear end up report show that the specimen is not enough for evaluation. No result for my pap smear. They re-arrange appointment. Then end up when we visit the clinic, they request me to do payment for pap smear again! I refused and left the clinic.
