★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for more than 7 years, pretty much since they opened. All 3 main doctors are friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about their craft and patient in their explanations. Reasonable rates as well. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desk staff was rude and condescending. When asked to head to back door, back door was slammed behind me and I was made to wait at rubbish chute area for pcr test. Only doctor is professional and courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came down to register for my mum as my mum is not well as my mum ART result is positive den the clinic nurses gave mi timing 9.30pm To reach the clinic and we did reached at 9.28pm, in the end we waited till 11pm. My mum is tested positive, shouldn't they priorities these patients? They still make my mum sit there with other patients. We reached the clinic without taking dinner and yet the doctor is so rude and tell back saying that he also haven eat.. how can he be so rude.. they gave us a different timing... Say 9.30pm but wait for 1.5hrs. the nurses there is also very rude... Keep giving Us wrong information... Keep saying next one is us in the end... Waited for so Long... What rubbish.. and rude clinic....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are really bad. Counter staff aren't even friendly. Pulled a long face unwillingly to speak until my sick parent approach and ask why prescription are taking so long. It is only then the staff release his medication without even apologize for the wait. Kinda shame Atrio u actually hire staff don't even qualified on healthcare oriental. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for hpv jab but it is so freaking troublesome to get one. Tried 4 times to do it. First time I got the number to see the doctor to get the jab then they tell me no more stocks. So I have to go back and wait for them to call me. After the stocks arrive, I tried to call to get Q number, they say no appointment for jab only walk in is available. Ok fine, the third time I walked in at 6pm and their registration is closed for the day. And today I went to get a number earlier at 530 then they tell me “oh the jab is only available in the morning or Monday, Wednesday and Friday night”.
What a frustrating experience. Will not recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is always so crowded. Got my queue number but so many ahead of me and it was moving slowly. So I went off to eat some chicken rice at nearby coffee shop. Went back and noticed the queue barely moved. So I immediately gave up and went to another clinic near 4D shop. When I reached home I received an SMS saying my queue number is next. I didn't know they have such a service but I already went to another clinic. Paid more but then again I can afford Business Class clinic. Can they have like an app so that we can check the queue number? Counter lady seems moody but I tell myself maybe today she got PMS.
