Was attended by a nice young lady but unfortunately couldn’t get the speaker to connect. She seeked help from a guy inside a room who eventually came out, but shortly proclaimed he had no time to resolve the connection problem. By this time a couple of new customers walked in and he was practically shouting that he is fully occupied, even after they said they were just looking for some accessories in the shop and does not need his help. The guy is oblivious to his other colleague’s existence and practically declared the shop close (it wasn’t near closing hours). To add insult to injury he said he would usually advise customer to call before coming in. My contact was taken down politely by his embarrassed colleague but I have never got a call back. What a shame.

I visited AV Intelligence numerous times over the course of a year listening to multiple combinations and permutations of equipment. They were helpful and not pushy at all. Their love of High End Audio sparked my interest and at no point did I feel I was being sold too. It felt more of an introduction to the joy of listening to music as the recording artist intended. After 3 years I still look forward to turning on the system and it ranks as one of my best top end investments.

I live in a remote area of the Philippines so was looking for a high quality premium audio system , not only for the sound but also for reliability. AV Intelligence did not disappoint ! Even if l was to say that the service l received was first class and exemplary, that would still be a huge understatement. I cannot recommend this company highly enough ! Everything was made so easy for me and never once did they try to persuade me to purchase beyond my budget. The sound from my new system is simply superb and sublime and it was such a pleasure to deal with such a brilliant and professional company ! Thank you all at AV Intelligence. S	Soon Tat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to hang out to test audio equipment. I always get impressed. I went there a few times to test their speakers with their amps. They are always friendly/ professional and let me try their products in their nice showroom/ acoustic room without giving me any pressure. The overall experience there have two folds- experience at the acoustic room- feeling cozy and sound amazing and interaction the staff. They are very helpful/ knowledgeable / attentive and willingly share information. Their unbiased sharing of information and willingness to make me feel / listen to products make their place very special/ distinguished in high-end audio industry. I wish them a great success in what they do!

I get updates on their Instagram when there is a promotion, and I’ve gotten invites to their music parties to check out their sound system. Although they have a number of foreign Sales staff I’m surprise by their knowledge of the equipment and are extremely helpful . Give them some time if u need anyone to assist you . It can get crowded once in awhile, it’s worth the wait if u want to test round before you purchase your Best Buy. It’s worth the wait . I think the Ang Mo boas is the most knowledgeable... well this is the place to go for systems .

Anand was very knowledgeable and extended excellent service each time we visited their showroom (must have been at least 3 times!). Eventually we succumbed to the experience we received from Gallo Acoustic Strada 5.2.4 Atmos home cinema. Though the system was pricey, we have no regrets as now we have our very own cozy home theatre??

I find it very off when the representative feature the ability to choose the casing color first rather than the sound quality itself. But wanted to give it a chance still. So set up an appointment for demo for the week after. Guess what, he forgot! So, his new colleague, has to run here and there to do a quick impromptu demo for us. We appreciated his effort, and the demo itself not bad. So we said, please issue us the quotation with speakers of our choice. Suppose to receive the quote last week, but more than a week already we haven't seen anything yet. I don't recommend this place because of the service itself. thank you.
