Amazing customer service and they are so nice to help me search for ways to have more savings! Appreciate and definitely recommend!!

Went in to the shop and looking for spectacles for children. The child has not wearing glasses before thus the salesgirl offered to do a eyetest for the child. After that we had tried the only two type of frames that they had and we don't find it's suitable for our child. While we are moving out, the salesgirl stop us and claim for $30 for the eyetest if without purchasing. Nowadays most of the shops are offering free eyetest but only this shop is not, and they didn't mention upfront while offering the eyetest service to their customer. Lame.....

I have been visit to Nanyang Optical @ Jurong Point many years ago... I like the profession and friendly staff there... especially Cindy who serve me, she show me how profession she is in advise me which lens is good for me. Thumbs up service!!!

Been having issues with glasses and contact lens due to sensitivity of my eyes. Went to various optical shops but once the sale personnel hear that I am looking to trial lens, they immediately direct me to another place unless I am going to make good some purchase. Went to Nanyang Optical at Jurong Point and I am glad that i make the decision to go over. 1. I had upfront mentioned about my needs and the issues I have with glasses and contact lens before. 2. I had also mentioned that I might not commit to getting lens due to the fear of developing headache etc. Instead of being turned away, I was being referred to Sam who patiently listen to what I had been through with the prescription lens and glasses. He make a few suggestions and patiently tested my eye sight professionally. Subsequently he have me to wear the contact lens and ensure that I am comfortable with the lens before leaving the shop. A very positive experience with Nanyang Optical. Sam's professionalism and patience is truly commendable. Will definitely direct all my eye prescription needs over to him. Thank you Sam! The contact lens have remains comfortable despite wearing for more than 2 hours as I am penning this review.
