B9 Dental Centre (Toa Payoh) - 520 Lor 6 Toa Payoh

Visited on a Monday PM. Booked my appt a few hours prior on same day. Was given a 3pm appt, however, clinic scheduling was quite packed and was seen around 4pm which I am ok with because I booked my appt same day. Front desk staff was professional despite having to deal with numerous phone calls, registrations and prescriptions. Dr Lim LS was very friendly, process was fuss free. Dental charges were also very affordable for private dentist rates (charges are transparent and displayed at the entrance). Would come again but would expect to wait a little longer than appt time.

I had a very bad toothache during the public holiday and Dr. Kim Ki Lim was kind to see me. I wanted to remove the bad tooth immediately and later do a tooth implant. I had a very bad experience with a root canal in Singapore Dental Centre, yet Dr. Kim was patient enough to convince me to do the root canal procedure again. Surprisingly, Dr. Kim's skills were very good, and the first procedure went without any pain! Thank you, Dr. Kim.

I have been visiting B9 dental centre in Toa Payoh for a period of time and i love the service they provide there. It’s really convenient as it is located near the the MRT station. They also have a screen that shows a movie during your appointment so that you can watch it. Great for people who are scared of dental appointments! Highly recommend!

Had to wait 1 hour after my appointment timing before its my turn (like everyone) No receptionist. Dentist rush and took less than 10 minutes to do my scaling and polishing due to the long queue outside. Not convinced he did a proper job.

I signed up for root canal and booked appointed for 2nd review this morning at 9.30am - 1st patient of the day for that dentist. At 9.45am, I was told dentist in car park on way. At 10.26, no sign of doc. Receptionist said there is an accident and asked me to wait. I asked how long more. She can't give a specific answer. Disappointed to be served by a doc who has no respect for patient's time. At 10.30, no sign of doc, I left the clinic

Used to come here during 7-8 years ago and everything was alright. Price and staff and waiting time considered reasonable, that’s why I came back again in 2021 to 2022. However, to be honest I will never come back again. Doctors are friendly and professional. Recep seems to be overloaded. The trigger point for me is the waiting time. Appointment time basically is useless. You need to wait at least mini 2 hours based on my 4-5 visits during YR21/22. The worst wait was 11am booking and I only got called by Recep to come back at 4+ In the afternoon. I am done with this dental clinic.

WORST DENTAL CLINIC IN SINGAPORE - DO NOT GO AND AVOID AT ALL COST. Long waiting time and very very rude doctor + receptionist. Would give 0 star if I could. This clinic has very very very bad time management and doctor who CANNOT prioritise. This clinic has, on multiple times, made my mother wait over 3 - 4 hours for her appointment. One time they told my mother that she could get her procedure done at 6:30pm. My mother arrived at the clinic promptly and she was made to lie on the dentist chair for 2 hours while the dentist was busy with other customers. Today, they arranged a 7:30pm appointment with my mother. My mother waited till 11:30pm and they called to tell her that THEY ARE STILL NOT READY FOR HER. Seriously what's wrong with this clinic? Why does the doctor take on so many patients when he cannot handle? Seriously I am taking my parents elsewhere. This is freaking unacceptable as they've showed that they DO NOT respect their customers' time.

Friendly staffs but still have waiting time though appointment time is given. Went for basic cleaning and filling for 1 tooth in December 2021, and the filling dropped out in first week of February. Called the clinic, says can goes back to check if the filling is for a deep decay tooth then root cancel is needed. I was asking if can patch back since I only did recently, she says have to see so booked an appointment. When there Dentist says only covers within a month. Total disappointment. Never had a filling that dropped out within a year.
