NTUC Health Denticare (previously Unity Denticare) – Toa Payoh (General Dental Treatments, Teeth Whitening, Dental Implants, Scaling & Polishing)

Dr Ho Ji Ding 技术好,态度好。建议可以来这边看牙医。价格不算贵也很合理。最重要是外国人也可以来哈哈。

Both dentists Joseph and Ji Ding are professional and approachable, carefully talking me through the procedures and tests they were carrying out for my tooth ache . The counter staff are also friendly and quick to attend to me despite me not having an appointment. Sometimes open at night, call to check.

I did a root canal at this clinic around 3 years ago by a female dentist. Recently, I've gotten the tooth extracted by a South Korean dentist as there was decay under the crown. From the X-rays, he explained that the root canal was a botched job. For a molar with 3 roots, only one and a half roots were filled. Bacteria grew and caused the decay. The root canal surgery costs me around 1.5k and now I need a dental implant that will cost at least 3k. Bad root canal experience and you will only know a few years down the road.

Dentist Joseph Tan was awesome and had a cheerful disposition. I was 10 mins late for my appointment yet was served immediately. Service is good and prices are very fair. Recommend Unity Dental to all who need dental services and even teeth whitening.

This feedback is for Ms Cher lye (not sure about spelling) from the mainline for appointments. She was very patient and tried her best to discuss and fix the approriate appointment for my daughter's urgent toothache problem. This is actually the second time I have experienced good customer service from NTUC mainline.

Just did a filling here. Regular dentist is Dr Wong Li Qing. She is an excellent dentist. When I did my filling and was in pain, she was patient and delicate with her technique. Also explained to me that my condition could be a cracked tooth and the treatments i could pursue. Been here for years and highly recommend.

Good dental care services provided by this NTUC dental clinic at the hub. Very conveniently located within the Toa Payoh hub just outside the NTUC Fairprice. Has been my go to dental care clinic since moved into this estate. The dentist is very gentle and not rushing to finish the scaling and polishing.

I haven’t even stepped into the Amk Branch and already at NTUC Dental Care call centre, I have encountered a very pleasant experience from Ms ALICE YONG. Not only was she thorough in checking with my son’s particulars over a change of appointment, but she demonstrated what is customer oriented and centred care and focus when she advised me to check with the dentist all the required charges before proceeding with the check up. In what normally is a 2 min call, she was patient and expressed the importance of transparency , budgetary constraints and right of knowledge that customers are entitled to have . This speaks of honesty authenticity and sincerity and it reflects extremely well on the professionalism of the organisation. She also reminded me of the need to chaperone my child who is under 18 years of age under a particular Dr George Yang. I googled the most affordable dental healthcare I can find online and I have no prior experience with NTUC dental care. I look forward to meeting the dentist at work and hope that the visit will be as pleasant and satisfying as the call exchange I have had with Ms Alice Yong. With such excellent service fronted by individuals like her, I sincerely hope the company treasures her as they are a rare gem in an age where expediency and perfunctory service is the norm and takes precedence over genuine customer service .
