★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bali Thai used to be my favourite restaurant. Today i find that the quality of food had dropped a lot. The ikan panggang bali was not fresh and the Tom Yam seafood taste light and very little seafood in it. Mention it to the server but she just laugh it off. Overall expensive and not worth it. Not recommend to eat here during holiday season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even dine in because the waiter came up with his own "government rules" that we can't dine in even separately in different tables. Clearly he didn't want us to dine in there and they were not hospitalable at all. Had to wait at the front line for some time to even get served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Trying to push what they have . We ordered prawn cake and they brought fish cakes. The best part is they argued that is prawn cake. Served few satay sticks less than ordered like accidentally the missed. Ordered pineapple fried rice and served standard fried rice. taste is not good and all tastes sweet. Ordered 10dishes and discrepancies with 4 items. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably I shall ban this restaurant for sure. Came here many times in the past and I thought I shall be here to try again after so many years. The service is bad and the waiter and waitress can’t wait for you leave. At 730pm they sold out their tahu telur which is the key reason I came to here to eat. Never seen the pineapple rice served in the plate instead of pineapple husk! The green curry hardly even find enough curry but lots of green long beans instead! The prawn not even devein probably. The Tom yam soup is so sour and barely can consume. When we ordered 5 and she recorded 3.. her name is Lily and she probably doesn’t need a job in FnB! Anyway, nothing to miss in this restaurant as I can always find a better Thai and Indo food in Spore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews and angry comments. I was here this evening, April 27th 2022. None of the negative vibes were felt by our group of seven. On a Wednesday evening, the restaurant was 90 percent full, and the servers were quick to respond. The food was decent and not overly expensive. It is fair to say that chefs and service staff come and go, especially during the pandemic, and hiring good people is never easy in Singapore. To be honest, the best food I've ever eaten was from my late mother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are great and big portion but frankly the quality of the service needs some serious improvement. Long waiting time during ordering and food serving, especially during peak hour. You just need to cater an extra 1hr of waiting to get your stomach filled.
