★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Loh displayed well knowledge and offer different perspective of my condition. Although waiting time can be long some times but was worth the wait. Appreciate the honesty and professionalism displayed. Clinic nurses were friendly but please bear in mind sometimes can be busy and its hard work for the nurses too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude clinic staffs especially on saturday. Been coming here regularly but the staff seems to have been v rude lately. Time to look for another clinic... Avoid this clinic where possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comments on the doctor but the clinic need to improve on Q system cause I was waited 2.40hrs from registration see doctor and collect medicines. The nurses should gives everyone Q number so that each patient knows how will take for their turn to see doctor. Instead just blantly says 1hour plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever anyone in my family falls sick this is the only clinic we always go to. We are always hoping it's either Doctor Jeffrey and Doctor Adrian will assist us.
This morning, I brought my daughter to the clinic as she is not feeling well(terrible cough and flu). Doctor Kwong Seh Ming did a very rough/painful swab test on my daughter to the point even I myself felt that is was painful. He was very rude prescribing and explaining the medication for my daughter. An unempathetic doctor to consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my booster dose. As I went on a Friday afternoon, there were relatively lesser patients > lesser waiting time. Doctor Loh was efficient and nice. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Loh is a very experienced doctor. Two years ago due to my heavy mense bleeding I saw Dr Loh to check my HB and after checking on me he advised me to go a&e as he suspected my HB is very low and might need blood transfusion.but I told him I will want to observe first. He immediately take my blood and send in an urgent request to the lab. His diagnosis is correct and indeed my HB is really low He even called me to inform me my result despite he have a busy clinic. As for the staffs. They may look unfriendly and stern but they are really nice staffs especially the two old Chinese aunties. the clinic can be very busy especially during this period of covid.
