★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet was quick but did not give our pet time to adjust to surrounding and stay calm. Just quickly got people to restrain the cat while she was in physical protest, and then they treated her. Usually the cat is a loving but anxious cat, however the approach to treating and handling her made the cat was very uncomfortable and she wanted to run and hide and escape the physical restraint. The examination area is not a closed room so if the cat escaped it could run out of the clinic by the back door.
The receptionist was great though! Accommodating, comforting and generous with tips and information about the illness and the cat. She was very warm and caring too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet is extremely knowledgeable and staff are caring. Doesnt matter whether they are home pets or strays, they are all treated the same in this clinic. The only clinic i know that bothers to 'groom' strays that come thru their door. They bathe, they trim nails and they clean ears of all strays. All my pets and strays are seen by Dr Ng and its been ten years and counting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to this vet for my senior cat who has constipation.Everybody there was sincere and genuine.The vet was very knowledgeable and didnt mind explaining anything i asked.Price is also reasonable.
My cat finally poo 4 hours after the visit.Thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ng has been our pet doc( not dog?) for more yhan 10 years. Always reassuring and caring for pets. Takes the time yo explain in detail simple procedures like how to clean ears properly etc and also shows details pic of ears etc to help us understand clearly. The staff are also very friendly and personable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price! Brought an injured community cat over for an infected wound as a result of cat fight and fever. Dr Ng, Annie and Sarah are really knowledgeable and friendly. The vet provides hospitalization service which he needed and cared for him well throughout the short stay.
