She answered my every query promptly and helped me in the documentation process as well. She made the whole experience smooth and seamless and I had the helper in a short time which was a blessing as I needed help with my frail mother ASAP. She was also supported by her colleagues in the whole process. As a team they were efficient. Even though their charges are higher than most agencies it was worth it because they made it as less stressful as possible for a first timer like me. I would highly recommend them. I hope they would be just as helpful should I have any issues with the helper in future. Thanks for the great service.

Helpers were not properly trained and the agency tends to side with the helper. Ended up sending the helper back and engaged another agency. My friend introduced this agency but their service standard probably fell after covid. Their fees aren't cheap and I will steongly recommend one to try out other agencies instead. Anyway, there are many 1-3 review post in this page, not sure if its reliable in the first placs.
