They were patience in answering my questions after after questions and gave me some time to consider my purchase which I think to me this is important because you don't want to be under pressure when considering which product to purchase. Given that I have informed them earlier that it was for a colleague, the staff took out the price tag and informed and informed me. Payment was smooth and fast, got the purchase done in under 10 mins. Good experience. Will head down again to get myself wallet and other products
