Fossil Store - ION - 2 Orchard Turn

Bought a wallet there. There’s a male staff very friendly and telling me the material of the wallet very patiently. Recommend!

My husband bought a new arrival card holder on 13/9 late afternoon at Fossil Funan. Cards could not really fit well as expected, and called Fossil Funan to ask if we can exchange it at Fossil ION since this outlet is nearer to where we're staying. Raihan (sp?) from Fossil Funan said yes, and so we went down on 14/9. When we arrived at Fossil ION, we were turned down and they sales assistants kept rejecting us without any sympathy repeating that Fossil Funan is not their flagship store but instead, and outlet store from a different supplier (huh??). Apart from their lousy service, they expected us to go away with their repeated rejections. If Fossil has a difference in their types of outlets, why is your invoice all the same? Us customer won't be able to tell! We called Fossil Funan on the spot while we were in Fossil ION, and Raihan (sp?) claimed he did not say we can make an exchange at Fossil ION! The staffs at ION showed zero sympathy nor any attempt at poor customer experience recovery. We went to Fossil's website, and the outlet at Funan is sectioned together with ION (huh??)! For a new arrival $69 card holder, this was such a bad experience! Regardless of what differences in your outlets, your staffs have poor customer experience as well as knowledge. We will never purchase anything from Fossil again! I have always been an advocate of Fossil and my family loves Fossil products, but this one experience has changed my perception. Please spend your $ elsewhere.

Good collection, especially their hybrid / digital watches. You can also customize your strap, or boxes for gift present. There are some young attendants there. You should go to the senior ones if you have lots of questions, the young ones normally do not know how to answer or not knowledgeable enough. The design is also good and very colorful. They have been around for many years too.

Very helpful staff and very nice and clean store.

Had a disappointing experience when I went to buy the replacement battery for the watch. Instead of helping me to figure out the right battery specs, I was bombarded by questions on whether I knew the correct battery size fr my watch ( I did bring my watch to the store to assist in battery replacement) In the end, I was told that since they couldn’t figure out the battery size, I should bring it to service center. Please provide adequate training to the staff as they are supposedly the brand representatives. This experience would be the last one I would have with Fossil
