Loved the store! One of the best Gucci staff here.

Poor service. Every time I went there no one offered service. And one time I just wanna know the price and think about it. Then the sales made a look at me then disappeared. wow good job huh. 2 stars for visual merchandising only ^.<

Staff were not attentive to customers and were all gathered around the entrance gossiping. Wanted to look at a bag but ended up getting quite frustrated. Despite my simple request to view the bag on the top shelf, the salesperson seemed unable to comprehend. He finally brought the correct bag down but was so condescending. He kept repeating "a bag insert"... "you know what's a bag insert?" x3 times... For a luxury brand, I'm quite shocked. Please send your staff for training. I'm not inclined to buy your products as your customer service and product knowledge is lamentable.

Terrible customer service. Was assigned to a lady and halfway through she seems disinterested to serve us, was trying to ask about the price and she was looking elsewhere. Halfway through, she went to serve someone else upon seeing a group of lady walking in. Very very rude for a luxury brand like Gucci.

Would refrain from coming to this outlet. I bought a belt as a present for my wife yesterday, they are very friendly during that time and assured that you can change if its all intact but the tone changes when you come back for an extra. I was unable to exchange the belt as they claim it has some scratches but my wife didn't event buckled it and I was watched her wrap around her waist and she said, maybe we can change it for a bigger one. They also did not preview the belt for me to inspect before it was packed and sold to me. Anyways, perhaps of my appearance and they tend to mistreat common folks. Unfortunately the quality of these Gucci belts are so low and so sensitive to the touch. As I said it was Ok and ill raise a complaint to Gucci directly, the store manager violently twrill the belt and repacked it. When I saw this I was furious, and just took the box away. If you ever choose to buy a belt for your wife don't let them hold it, just keep it in the box and video the entire process for evidence. Perhaps flimsy things should come with a warning. Shame on you Gucci

Great service by Linh from Gucci Ion. I actually did not buy a particularly high value item on my 1st visit. On the same day i also enquired about a pair of heels but it was not in store then. However, she still bothered to follow up with me even though i have said that i may not buy but she still requested to bring item over to Ion anyway. I think minimally all Sales Associate should have this attitude (clients may not buy but still serve). She is polite and gentle. Minus 1 star as when i was roaming about the store alone no one else cares

Went to the store today to ask the staff to do something about the scratches on my watch and I'm confused and amazed how they keep on insisting that they can't do anything about it. And above all when I called the manger lady she kept on telling me that I didn't took care of my watch better because I told her I have other brands of watches and those are in perfect condition and Gucci watch got scratches just in three or less weeks. If you claim your brand is high end and you provide such bad quality and even bad service...its ridiculous.
