Nice and ventilated place. Quite a number of vending machines for pasta, drinks, etc. Some taxi drivers are not aware of this located; so you may just ask them to drive to Bowen Secondary School. This hospital is located just opposite the school’s main gate.

Never go to here, the first few day the staff seems to be caring on patient's diet, later they do not give pain killer and also medication was not allow once being transfer. The staff lied that "they trying to help=more like direct murder" also there is no doctor or way to contact for emergency, I've lost my family member at this place with heartless social worker always ask me about payment etc. GOD knows what those ppl have done, and Pray for Justice on them when it's their turn.

To: All staffs at bvh My mom, Mdm Lee has been staying at bvh faith ward room 1 for the pass 1 month and you all made her so comfortable by attending to all her needs during her stay there. Unfortunately, she passed away peacefully on 17th of May. I'm really grateful to all the doctors, nurses and especially Social Worker Sandy who attended to my mom during her stay.She has given us a lot of help and counselling during this period which our family really appreciated. P.s . You are all Angels!

Ventilation is REALLY POOR!!!!! My dad had to go bare chested & lift his pants up everyday. When it's time for a haircut after a mth there, they missed my dad & I had to send a mobile hairdresser up. Nurses & attendants there got not much initiative though they may appear caring. They put 8 patients to a ward - very crammed. I don't deny they have alot of attendants but mostly low-waged foreigners. They can't understand the dialect speaking patients' needs further frustrating patients in the furnace like environment. On top of that, they charge $100+ per day!!! How on earth did they got a rating of 4.3 / 5. I was told they're now undergoing an air-ventilation improvement project. Until then rethink your decision of putting your love ones there.

My mother had the misfortune of fracturing her pelvic bone, in Oct 18 she was transferred to BVH after her surgery for rehab. Initially I was concern of her welfare, however my concerns were allayed as the staff at ward Respect Station 3 were caring, patience and passionate in looking after their patients, especially the doctors, staff nurses, therapists, healthcare staff and volunteers. Your effort in helping my mother's recovery process is much appreciated.

Worst experience ever. My grandmother was admitted and the staff was ignorance, they did not attend to her at all. For example, she requested for wifi and the staff refused to give her. She was also allergic to certain medication but the doctor did not listen to what she was saying, and worsen her situation.

Cannot get through its line after 45 mins. I wonder if this hospital exist. Similar to prior case, my mum is just transferred from SGH to tis place. Why all the way to Hougang? One really wonder.. As of now, 0 update from Brightvision as SGH staff advised my mum care fully passed over there. SGH and the MOH protocol?

Currently a covid hospital where our 80+ year old family member, who also suffers from dementia and pre-existing illnesses, is being warded after initial hospitalisation at SGH. Whilst we accept the nurses are busy resulting in lack of attention, getting updates from the doctor is an experience needing saintly forbearance and tolerance. The condescension ranges from β€œI don’t know the full medical history so I cannot tell you” to β€œI am not here to help you navigate the patient’s medical requirements”. One can only hope that such approach to treatment without heed to medical history and pre-existing conditions will not leave the patient worse off.
